Yes, I think this is Dolomedes albinius, a white-banded fishing spider. I really like this photo, it looks like it’s ready to open the door and let itself in.
Ha! I wish it would’ve opened the door for me. I had to call my husband to let me back in because I couldn’t bring myself to reach for the handle with it sitting right there.
