Wolf spiders (family Lycosidae) don’t build webs like that. It is one of the Funnel Web Weavers, family Agelendae
Ah, interesting. I did a bit of googling, i found some posts where people had suggested it was wolf spiders that do spin webs like that.
Hi. there is only one species of wolf spider that is a funnel web dweller and makes much a similar web as grass spiders.

Agreed. Wisconsin would be a significant range extension for any of the Sosippus species in North America.
