Hi, these are Steatoda triangulosa species, one of the cobweb spider family. No,they are no dangerous at all, a synenthropic spider, often found in,on, or near human habitat. Much a house spider if you will. I have actually never heard of these biting, and handled a few myself. One spent her life in my pantry eating small beetles that get into grain foods, sort of a pet, I named her Cassi: https://www.flickr.com/photos/32083154@N02/9811638304/in/dateposted/ Day after I shot this, she made an egg sac,hoping for another(few) to take her place when she went over the rainbow bridge, but no babies.
