I have no idea, but my internet searches lead me to believe it is an orb spider of some sort, possibly. It's pretty large, I can tell you that.

I also wanted to add that it has a very large web. It had initially made a web from a tree branch to the ground between the garage (in the picture) and the tree, but I had to take it down because it was in the way. It moved over there at the top corner of the garage and, best guest estimate, is the web has to be at least a foot in diameter if not bigger. Hi, you’re right that she’s an orbweaver. I’m not sure which one, maybe a Hentz orbweaver, Neoscona crucifera. The huge round webs are how they got the orbweaver common name. It’s okay to move the web over if you have one in the way. They eat and rebuild the web every day. If one keeps rebuilding in a bad location you can move her to a different place that has two vertical surfaces to build between.
