It was found on a Petunia flower plant in mid morning, it looks very similar to other spiders on spiderid in the state of Kansas.
Wanting to find out what this spider is to make sure it is not venomous and more info to insure safety and take it to a safe place to live.

It’s hard to tell from this angle but I think it’s a Neoscona oaxasensis. All spiders are venomous but this spider isn’t dangerous.
