Possibly a wolf spider (tigrosa georgicola). Appears to have egg sac attached underneath.

She might be Dolomedes albineus, a white-banded fishing spider. They carry their egg sack under them too, except they use the chelacerae near their mouth. Wolf spiders carry the egg sack toward their posterior. Her abdomen is very shriveled because she had been stretched out by the enlarging egg mass until she deposited them.
