We think it is a brown recluse spider. It was on my daughter's bedroom ceiling and we think it bit her. Please let us know as it is important to her treatment.

Hi.your spider is a long legged sac spider, Cheiracanthium mildei specie. They are not dangerous.
A bite, wash with soap and water, you should be good to go.Ice will help any swelling, perhaps a bug bite cream for lingering itch.

A clue to these is those dark mouth parts and black booties on a pale spider.
