I have absolutely no idea what kind of spider this is...
As far as the picture goes, the web seems to be the "tangle web" variety so perhaps the theridiidae family of spiders? I did brighten up the image a little so you could see the markings on his/her back (pale with darker splotches) I found it by my back door where many other spiders have made their home! I'm afraid the picture is a bit fuzzy, but I would appreciate identification, thank you.

Hi, yes this is a tangleweb kind of spider. The eggsacks match the family of spiders as well as the webbing. I can’t be sure of the ID,but I can guess Steatoda triangulosa. They are dark brown (reddish in bright light) with a row of somewhat triangular markings in silver or gold down the dorsal surface of the abdomen. Sometimes the spider is lighter with darker triangles. Steatoda noblis also is a common tangleweb spider with markings. It is blackish with a white mark that looks like a person’s head in a hood.
