This is the top side of the spider. The web is magnificent at 6-8 ft in diameter. Found with it's web spread between my log posts on my front porch. I thought wolf spider initially but it isn't that.

Hi. your little friend is an orb weave, Araneidae family. Best I can make for the dark femurs is spotted orb weaver, Neoscona genus, Neoscona crucifera (Hentz Orb-weaver)?
