Harvestman

BugmanDan

Hi.his is an Opilione, not true spiders. Called harvestman, they are totally harmless.
Sometimes called grandaddy long legs to distinguish from cellar spiders.
The difference is a single segmented body, true spiders have two, cephalothorax and abdomen.

You are right, it is not Pholcus. As others have said it is and Opilionid or Harvestman. The body shape and leg length look like one of the Leiobunum or Nelima species in the family Sclerosomatidae, subfamily Leoibuninae.
