Can you tell me what type of spider and is it poisonous?

- Spotted Outdoors: Man-made structure (building wall, fences, etc.)

- Attributes: Dorsal
It is a Orb weaver,Araneus cingulatus. They are not considered to be a medically significant spider. Great to have around for pest control.
Thanks for the quick response, it is a beautiful spider. I seem to only see them in the summer and for a strange reason only when I’m washing my cars in the driveway. Weird! Thank you again.

I had 2 of them on my back and arm, outdoors in Pittsburgh PA in August 2023.
