I don’t know what type of spider this is? South Texas near the gulf coast, outside in non rainy, 90 degree weather.

That is a Brown Widow Spider (Yes Brown), you can tell because of the spiky egg sacks. Black Widow and Brown widows have Spiky egg sacks.
