Hi, welcome to Spider ID. 🙂 Unfortunately I’m not sure what I’m looking at in this image. The shape would suggest a Cobweb Spider of some sort. I don’t think I can rule out a Black Widow from this. If you manage to get a better shot of it I might be able to say with more certainty.
