Larinioides -- cornutus?

Larinioides? Maybe. Tough angle. The ones with that extra band on leg IV are usually L. patagiatus or L. sclopetarius though. Do you have a more dorsal shot?
L. sclopetarius is abundant in the square mile or so park where this photo was taken. I was thinking this one might be L. cornutus because the prosoma seems to lack the white lines around the edge that seem characteristic of L. sclopetarius, though it is a hard read for my novice eye. I will post a dorsal shot of another spider in the same vicinity which I am pretty sure was L. sclopetarius — which will not solve anything for this present photo because it’s a different spider, different place & date.
