Sorry 4blurry pic I had just caught it in a bowl and was trying quickly to take the pic. Then took it outside. I didn't want to kill it.

Hi. outside of this being a harmless orb weaver, I can’t peg your spider from this. If I had to hunch, a male tropical orb weaver, Eriophora ravilla, but not a confirmation. Now all spiders are beneficial, hard to say that any would need to be killed. Your location,you have two of north Americas medically significant spiders, the brown recluse, and southern black widow. Learn to identify those, anything else can be considered harmless.
