I have never seen a spider like this in Wisconsin. What should I do with it?

Anybody know what kind of spider this is?
Hi. this is just a harmless orb weaver maybe cross orb weaver or cat-faced spider. Let her stay, she will come out at dusk and make one of those fancy orb webs. Near the light,it will attract flying insects to her web.
These are very harmless spiders, I welcome them.
Actually quite common, you look for them after sundown you are sure to spot them.
Thanks Dan, we use this entrance the most I think I will move her to the back yard.
