Hi, this is the ventral surface of an orb weaver type of spider. The other side of the spider is easier to identify. From her leg band color pattern she looks like a marbled orbweaver, Araneus marmoreus.
This ventral is distinctive. This is a Spotted Orb-weaver (Neoscona sp.), Hentz Orb-weaver (Neoscona crucifera) is most common.
