Comments & ID Thoughts

It’s definitely some sort of jumping spider and my initial guess was Plexippus paykulli, but I’m not confident enough in that assumption. Hoping someone else may know for sure!

Hi, welcome to Spider ID. 🙂 That is a Plexippus-ish spider. The markings on the carapace stand out as different from P. paykulli to me … according to the World Spider Catalog Plexippus petersi is another option for your region and looks to be a match.
