Parasteatoda tepidariorum
This is not a Parasteatoda, the body and legs are too thick, and the head and thorax are too large compared to the abdomen. Also note the hair on the legs, which is not a characteristic of any Parasteatoda. This is a Neoscona crucifera, which is the spotted orb weaver.
