From underneath she looks like a Neoscona species. Still an orb-weaver. She has venom, most spiders do, it isn’t something to worry about. She would prefer to avoid confrontation with a larger animal, such as a human. The odds aren’t in the spiders’ favor in a fight with you. She can cause you a quick bit of pain. You could squish her (please don’t). She’ll maybe bite if she is pressed against you (again, please don’t) in a way that traps her or puts pressure on her body.
