Hi,
I think this is an Argiope argentata (silver garden spider)
I took the picture at our terras of our vacation villa in the south of Andalucia ,Spain , Europe
The spider is about 8 to 9 centimeters overall (the outdoor furniture pillow you see is 15 cm thick)
I live in Belgium myself...
