Zero idea what this is. Located up in Alaska. First time I saw one of these was last November while it was walking through the snow (hadn’t seen a spider walking through snow before either) and I didn’t see another until a couple of weeks ago. The gray isn’t so bright on most of them. It’s more like a light charcoal usually. They are about an inch long give or take a few mm. This particular one was outside, but most of them I have found over the past couple of weeks are inside the house around the entryway. No clue what they are and I can’t seem to find anyone up here that’s seen anything like them so I turn to you. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

That’s a very nice looking Six-spotted Fishing Spider, Dolomedes triton. They are part of the Nursery Web Weaver family Pisauridae and are often found near ponds, lakes or streams where they hunt insects and small vertebrates at the water’s edge. There is a very similar looking species, Dolomedes striatus, but I have not seen records of it as far north as you are. D. triton certainly occurs in Yukon and the Northwest Territories, so I would expect to find it in Alaska.
