Hi, your fine fellow is a lovely lady. The big round gravid abdomen is how I know. The males don’t walk around stretched to the limit with eggs. The males spend much of their time hiding from the females who will kill and eat them, if given the chance. She looks like a shamrock orbweaver, Araneus trifolium.
