Hi. these spiders are ground spiders in the Gaphosidae family, those obvious ‘tail pipes’ give these away.
They are not dangerous at all, a bit quick for their smaller size, a challenges catching by hand.
Trapped against skin, they can bite and may sting a bit but no harm done.

I found one last night in by bathroom and one again earlier in my bedroom
