Wasp spider, Argiope bruennichi, has solid lines/stripes on its back. The yellow garden spider, Argiope aurantia, has spots/separate design patterns. This looks like the belly to me, so I cannot tell. Hope this helps. Good luck.
It has yellow and black stripes on its back, i managed to picture the back slightly without disturbing the spider.so i guess it’ll be a Argiope bruennichi.
