Hi, welcome to Spider ID. 🙂 You have duplicate images, which is the one with the right date, the 13th or the 15th? I agree this should be a Golden Silk Orbweaver (Nephila clavipes).
I photographed this spider on Oct. 13th, 2017, outside, not inside as indicated. Do not know if it’s female or male. To-date, It has not returned. It was beautiful!
Thanks. I fixed the indoor/outdoor error. She was female. 🙂
Yes…I may have taken 2 pics of same spider at different angles & dates. Strangely I have 3 all within 10″ of each other, almost in the same web. Thanks.
On October 13th, 2017, I photographed this spider in it’s web outside in chest-high brush in a wooded vacant lot… southwest Ocala, Fl. It hung-out for two days and then disappeared. I have not seen it since. Mike
