We were sitting outside on a blanket for a few hours and found this spider on the blanket once we had relocated to a bench. He was getting quite comfy and already starting to spin up silk while we watched. It has been a very long year so I hesitate to guesstimate size, but he was quite small.

It looks like one of the Sheet Web Weavers in the family Linyphiidae, but would need to see it from the other end to see the eye arrangement. Not dangerous or aggressive at all.
