In my bulkhead....wtf
This thing looked angry as it just stared me down….wasn’t sure if it was going to eat me or if it wanted to play….needless to say I got the hell away lol
Looks like a Wolf spider. I live in Saugus, there was 1 nestled in the outside corner of my AC. Plus I just came in from work and spotted 1 in the corner of my hallway, after all it is gettin nippy outside. He’s beautiful. I dont want him in my house but also dont want him to die in the cold either…
Hi. This is one of the wolf spiders, Lycosidae family, more willing to play, just maybe a bit nervous with hands. At least these will let you know it isn’t playtime. Not aggressive unless you set them off.

I’m gonna put him in my garage. I dont want him to die in the cold.
Greetings from Nashua, NH. As I say to arachnophobes, I don’t think it wants to eat you, that’s WAY too much food! Looks like a nursery web spider to me. They’re shades of brown, usually with a wide line down their backs. We have a lot of them in the NH/MA area. I understand how you feel about the frost coming tonight. I have a beautiful orb weaver spider dying on my porch. This is the way it has to be (see Charlotte’s Web or The Lion King).
