Hi, I can’t see it well enough from the photo to ID the species. I can tell you that it is an orbweaver type of spider. They make that cool kind of zigzag webbing. They also are often found with the head pointed toward the ground like your spider was. Hopefully when spring comes you’ll see her offspring making webs.
