Hi. One of my favorite spiders, a female southern house spider, Kukulcania hibernalis species, one of the crevice weavers. Totally harmless, don’t bite, docile enough to freely handle. These are web dwellers, spotting them crawling,may have been driven from their hole. So many fascinating things about these, their long life(8 years)makes them desired pet spiders. I had 5 living in my Vegas place, plus random males. About species, west of New Mexico is also in range of two near identical spiders,K.arizonica(black hole spider) and K.utahana, so a chance it is one of those.
