This spider fell on my desk from the ceiling and just missed landing on my head. Does anyone have any idea what kind of spider this is (House spider?)?

The picture of the spider was after I hit it with a antique leather police sap (beavertail) that I use as a paper weight. The spider surprisingly remained intact after receiving the blow. It has four lighter brown legs. The Cephalothorax is a dark brown and hard. It looks like it may have eight eyes? The abdomen of the spider is a dark tan almost brown and appears to be furry? It did not see spinnerets; I found no web. I have a third one I captured in a jar that I can take a picture of if needed.

Hi. not entirely certain with this, looks like Trachelas pacificus species.broad faced sac spider. They are no dangerous at all. Pretty much an innocuous house spider.
They get in my personal space, I put them in a quiet corner out of he way.
Thank you very much!!!
