This is a 100% completely harmless bold jumping spider (phidippus audax). This is a sub-adult male by the looks of it.
I have well over 20 bold jumping spiders and have never been bitten over a year and half of handling them, they are very sweet, curious, if not skittish at times.
It ran away so I’m glad it’s harmless! Thanks!
