Comments & ID Thoughts
I have several photos. This is the smaller one that lives on the right side of the window.
They both have small sticky, sudo disorganized webs. They are very nocturnal. The bigger one is super shy, but has it’s web both inside and outside the window. They live in the “track” if you willl.

The big one is a female southern house spider, Kukulcania hibernalis. The smaller one might be a male (it looks very different from the female). Not dangerous, but the webs are messy.
