Sure looks just like the one I just saw in Suncrest (just on hill north side of Lehi). As nobody commented with any suggestion yet , have you found anything out about it elsewhere?
There are red and black jumping spiders, Phidippus, spp., similar to this one. That could be a starting point for narrowing it down. The tufted legs are an interesting feature.
