Have done several searches and found nothing but an Australian Fennel Web that looks identical. Except I'm nowhere near

It has similar features to a callobiou sererus, it was the size of a half dollar. Also had 2 cream dots, almost looked like pouches underneath the black rear.
Was this fellow by chance in Eastern Washington? I found a very similar specimen up near Curlew in N. Central WA, about 10 miles south of Canada a few years back. Other than the color of the abdomen, they look notably similar: https://bugguide.net/node/view/46208/bgimage
