I think these are black lace weavers. They come in when it rains. My apartment management says nothing can be done

Uh, wow, you’ve been quite tolerant. I think your apartment manager meant, “nothing WILL be done.” They aren’t likely to bite. What this looks like is that you have a ground floor apartment with a sliding door that isn’t fully sealed. The pillbug centipedes indicate moisture and an opening to the outdoors. I can’t see the spiders well enough in the photo to tell what they are. There may be town or state zoning laws that require your building’s owner to deal with the insects and spiders.
