I have more pictures at different angles and lighting if needed. And it was colder than prior days today. About 50 degrees outside. It was found at ground level and seemed to struggle with smooth surfaces, it was trapped in an upside down frisbee and couldn’t climb its very gentle slope. It also looked like it had a smile face on the top of its rear. Which is difficult to see in the picture I chose.
This is a male False Widow, possibly Steatoda hespera.
