Very docile and dark brown all over. Found her by a park in a water grate with a very messy web.

Hi, welcome to Spider ID. 🙂 She is a Crevice Weaver (Kukulcania sp.). There are a few similar species in the genus in the southwest so I’m not sure which exact species you have.
Thank you so much for your help I believe it now to be a Kukulcania Hibernalis aka Southern House Spider
K. hibernalis is mostly an eastern species, though it can occur in the west too just to make things more difficult. 🙂 Yours is more likely one of the western species. K. arizonica, K. geophila, K. hurca (not this one though, I think it’s paler), K. utahana. They’re not always easy to tell apart.
