Looks like this may be a furrow orb weaver? There are a lot of spiders on and around the front of my house in the middle of their webs.

Hi, “furrow orbweaver” is what came to mind before I read your comment. Larinioides cornutus. It is interesting that you have a lot of females nearby. The males don’t sit in the center of orb webs. They travel to find females and approach them to mate from the edge of the females’ webs. They may prefer the front of your house if that is where most of your shrubs and garden plants are.
