I don't know if this is poisonous or not.

This is the first time I have seen this type. We do occasional get red backs in the garden. In has a similar shape and web, but without the red markings.

If it is poisonous, I will remove it. Otherwise I will leave it alone.

Hi this looks like a Brown Widow (Latrodectus geometricus). They don’t have the reputation for having the same level of medical significance as other members of the genus – similar to but not as severe as Black Widows… I’d treat them with caution to be on the safe side though, everyone’s immune system is different. Some people prefer them as they replace Black Widows in some areas.
