I don’t have a clue on what type of spider this is but I keep on finding them. Mostly on the walls not near any webs.

This is most likely a Hogna spider but the marking are not that visible so it is not certain

Hi, this is a Hobo Spider, Eratigena agrestis. Despite their reputation they are not considered to be of medical significance, everyone’s immune system is different though.
