Comments & ID Thoughts

This one looks somewhat like a cross between lycosa and diademata..
only it's a bit big for our common Croatian wolf spiders.. there are no Lycosa Tarentulas in the city, and this one was about 4-5 cm body length. Gave my friend a swelling bite on the finger

Hi, welcome to Spider ID. 🙂 This is a False Wolf Spider, Zoropsis sp.. I’m not familiar with all the possible ones that might be in your area.
