Comments & ID Thoughts
Looked both like a grass spider and a hobo spider to me, upon initial research; pretty big difference so I’d like to know! I’ve found three of them this fall already, inside my house, all in different locations.

Hi, they’re all in the same family (Agelenidae), Grass Spiders (Agelenopsis spp.), Hobo Spiders (Eratigena agrestis) and other Funnel Weavers… the Hobo Spider’s reputation isn’t backed up by any solid scientific studies, they’re an imported species from Europe where they do not have the reputation they’ve acquired here. They are not currently considered to be of medical significance. Yours is something else regardless. There are several similar genera out west that I cannot confidently discern from an image, looks similar to Hololena.
