Hi, this is an Orb-weaver (Araneidae). Looks like Neoscona theisi. I’ll make a page for it so it can be filed later today. Thanks for sharing. 🙂

They are not considered to be of medical significance and are unlikely to bite except in self-defense. They may prey on less desirable things and help to keep the insect population in check.
