Hi, it’s a female dark fishing spider with egg sack. Dolomedes tenebrosus.
They carry their developing eggs in a silk sack under their body using their pedipalps, which are around where a neck would be if they had necks. There’s some great photos that are probably still in the Discussion section of this site of a female managing to stuff herself and her eggsack into a small space in someone’s home.
