this little fella has been hanging out in my grandma's shed for some time now, only walks down its web at night so i took advantage of that to photograph it. their main concern is if the spider is venomous, and i promised i'd find out (i don't want them to kill the spider)

Hi, thank you for asking. Your spider’s belly looks like Argiope aurantia. It looks like she may be stealing food from another spider’s web. Her web would be clean and round if she is an Argiope. They are not considered dangerous spiders. If you hurt her she might bite. If one of these spiders still worries your grandma you would be kind if you caught the spider and moved it away from her.
