I have no idea what spider this is but it is VERY common around my house. I live somewhat near the woods but I see these every once and a while around outside my door, one even coming in the driveway. They get in all the time and it is terrifying. It is mostly brown with a common pattern on its back. Its about fingers length or shorter and they move very quickly when threatened. (Apologies the picture was not very clear, I am very frightened of large spiders)
