Hi, welcome to Spider ID. 🙂 This is an Eastern Parson Spider (Herpyllus ecclesiasticus). They’re not considered to be of medical significance, but when indoors they could wander someplace undesirable, get trapped and bite in self defense. If you have a cup handy to put over the spider and a stiff piece of paper to gently slide underneath it I’d remove them and deposit them outside.
