My guess is Liphistius Malayanus. I'm curious if this is correct or what else it might be! I have seen three of them on our house wall at night. We have lived here over three years and never seen them before, but it may be because we are seeing a ton more rain right now than is typical.

I would hazard a guess at Eucteniza relata due to the geography. We’ve seen a few of these guys and some Ummidia sp. due to the flooding.
Liphistius malayanus would be a bit odd since it’s only native to Malaysia.
