Comments & ID Thoughts
Neoscona crucifera or N. Domiciliorum? How DO you tell them apart. ID group in Facebook says that there has been some confusion between the two.
Pic taken at Reed Creek Interpretive Park. Web was along the outside of a railing on a bridge over Reed Creek.

Hi. 🙂 The abdominal design on N. domiciliorum has a brighter white in it and often redder femurs, the abdomen also often has a more elongated appearance. To me this is N. domiciliorum.
Thanks! I have a good pic of the abdomen but I didn’t see a way to post 2 pics together. The white on it is extremely bright.
